Shipping & Delivery Policy
GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
• All products are delivered by partner lorry transport service, courier service & own collection.
• If the dispatch day falls on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, dispatch will be on the next working day.
• All transit time are subject to lorry transport / courier service conditions and volume of parcels traffic.
• If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.
• We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• In case the lorry transport / courier service returned the product / parcel due to wrong address, we will contact buyer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by buyer for re-delivery. The order is considered complete if there is no reply at all for 7 days. After 7 days, re-delivery is applicable depending on stock availability or refund will be issued should stock went out.
When will I receive my order?
After your order is verified and payment has been cleared (immediate for IPAY88 option or bank deposit option via RHB transfer), we will ship out your order within the following time frame:
• West Malaysia: 3 - 7 working days (Except Sundays and Public Holidays)
*for certain area might need takes longer time for delivery*
• East Malaysia: depends area (please check and confirm with us)
***** the delivery lead is not applied to any customized product/s and out of stock product/s.
Note: We will send the delivery notification to your e-mail once payment confirmed. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. FUSHENENGINEERING.COM shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. You are advised to inform us at earlier if cannot agree with the delivery time agreement, otherwise we will arrange to send out the product / parcel as scheduled.
What are the shipping/delivery rates?
West Malaysia / East Malaysia
- Delivery charge is based on product and delivery area, please kindly contact with us to get the transport rate.
- Delivery charge is not include unloading service for huge and heavy product from truck. Customer is required to prepare your own method for the unloading.
All products will have a QC check before delivery, there might need a day for arrangement. Anyway, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible with notification of the email to you.
** Our delivery times is counted based on Working Days.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Our lorry transport / courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays.
Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
Return & Refund Policy
We would want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from our online store. It's OK if you choose a wrong product.
You are eligible for return request before we arrange the delivery (delivery notification sent to your email.)
Exchange
• There are no exchange / return after products delivery. Please make sure you choose the right / suitable product before payment made. You are advised to contact us if there are confuse / need further consult of the products.
Refund
• Full refund will be issued for cancellation before delivery of product/s.
• Refunds will be processed to method of payment given by customer within 7 business days.
• Processing fees will be deducted should it occurred during the refund.
Defective / Wrong product/s
• In any rare case, a product/s is defective or wrongly sent, we will bear all the shipping costs.
• For a defective or totally wrong product/s, a new shipment will be sent upon receiving the proof of the returned product/s.
• If it is a right product/s with missing parts only, the parts will be shipped after contacting us.
Prices
FOR MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT
Prices shown only for product/s, but not include delivery and installation works (if apply). Customer will make a separate payment direct to company account for delivery charge and installation charge as agreed both sides (seller and buyer).

Manufacturer Warranties
- WARRANTY for product/s without any hydraulic cylinder, batteries / motor - 7days from product/s received.
- WARRANTY for products with hydraulic cylinder, batteries / motor - 3months from products received
